Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders in Denmark. Standard delivery rates to the rest of the EU.
- We ship with GLS
- Delivery time: Within 3 business days within Denmark. Up to 5 days in the rest of the EU. But please be patient with us if unforeseen circumstances arise that delay the package.
- We currently ship to all EU countries.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your jewelry all the way.
Exchange
Wrong size ? Regret? It happens. That's why we offer free exchanges on all orders.
The jewelry must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
Return
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive it. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
How to return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@karmastudio.dk.
We offer to send you a return label to make the return easy. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange the return yourself.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged or show signs of use.
- The customer pays the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Once we have received and approved the returned item, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
